July -August I’ll have a couple paintings on display in the Yukon Weokie Credit Union entrance. Come stop by and see them in person!
These paintings were a process of trial and error. And typically when that happens, my paintings obtain multiple layers. That includes, acrylic paint, paper, Elmer’s glue, varnish, colored pencil, more paint, more varnish…more paint, more varnish. You get the idea! I am happy with these because they definitely transformed into a cool abstract piece. The name of these two (diptych) is Honeycomb Dominos, because of the way the white dots formed across the paintings. Thanks Weokie for allowing me to display my work!
*Also see first image before I added all the white dots…
Love it! It’s like a bubbly mermaid princess party!
Thank you SO much for your comment! I’m glad you like it, and I like your comparison to a mermaid party! ^0^
