I submitted my egg art to the state fair. I received 2nd place in Miscellaneous category, and 2nd over all! It was fun to try a new technique. I used sculpey clay to bake the basket rim and handle, then painted it. I added an air plant to finish.
The state fair has so many fun competitions with ribbons and cash prizes. Great group of staff and volunteers make it all happen.
