Posted by I had the delight and pleasure of being a guest artist for the month of January, at the Canadian Valley Art Guild, monthly meeting. I shared the art and history of Ukrainian and Eastern European- pysanky (pysanka) egg decorating. We had a great turn out and I’m so grateful for my friends that came to learn and try their hand at this batik (wax resit and dye technique) method.
